90-95% Dulbecco's MEM + 5-10% FBS split confluent culture at a ratio of up to 1:8
every 2 to 4 days using trypsin/EDTA; after trypsination cells might remain in

cells grow fast at low titer; seed out at ca. 1-2 x 106 cells/175 cm 2 at 37C with 5%
CO2 cell harvest of about 5-8 x 106 cells/175 cm 2
